Terms and Conditions

1. My works may NOT be reproduced/redistributed/ or used for personal profit. They are ONLY for non-commercial, personal use.

2. I WON'T work with/for NFTs nor AI anything related.

3. The final work will have my signature somewhere.

4. I may publish the commission in any of my galleries.

5. You may post it in your gallery / site, just remember to credit me (a link back to my gallery is always appreciated).

6. You may only post the small sized and watermarked version I'll provide for you (this is to prevent people making merch/redistributing the image/taking it without permission, etc).

7. I reserve the right of refusing your order if I'm not comfortable with what you're asking, like gore or hateful elements/topics.

8. There are two payments during the process: The first one before I send you poses for you to choose from and the second one before I send you the final file.

9. Once you've sent the money there are no refunds since you're getting the sketch and I've already put time and work into your image. Be 100% sure of wanting the commission before making the first payment.

10. All works are in my style, I won't copy someone else's.

11. I'll only take two commissions at a time.

12. Depending on the complexity of the design and speed at which we communicate, it could take from one to three weeks (maybe four if we're talking about something extremely detailed). You'll have updates every step of the way regardless.

13. I work from Monday to Friday only. All emails and updates will be done exclusively during the week.

14. First come, first served.

-All prices are for one character only. -One slot only per person. -2 characters ONLY for half body commissions. -*Regarding couples for ML: I'll draw Luka and Marinette only with each other. Non ship images are fine with other characters.

Formats

Bust, half body and full body.

Type A: flat colors

Lineart + flat colors. No shading.

Bust: $45.00 USD

Half Body: $60.00 USD | Extra character: $45.00 USD (max 1) Full body: $75.00 USD

Type B: Soft Shading

Lineart + colors with 1 gradient for volume + 1 tone for shadow + lights.

Bust: $60.00 USD

Half body: $75.00 USD | Extra character: $55.00 USD (max. 1)

Full body: $90.00 USD

Type C: Character Sheet

One character, 3 different expressions. Flat colors + gradient if needed. Base price: $190.00 USD One full body shot + 3 headshots. Flat colors only. Price will increase depending on the complexity of the outfit.

One character, two poses, 3 different expressions. Flat colors + gradient if needed. Base price: $256.00 USD Two full body shots + 3 headshots. Flat colors only. Price will increase depending on the complexity of the outfit.

Type D: Outfit Sheet

One character, same pose, three different outfits. Flat colors + gradient if needed.

Base price: $170.00 USD Price will increase depending on the complexity of the outfit.

Backgrounds

No/Minimal background: $0.00 USD extra

No bg png file / flat color / gradient / simple design.

Order Form

Send me an email with the title "Commission", including:

1. Your username and social media handles (for credit and linking later on)

2. Commission Type.

3. Format: Bust, half body or full body

4. Background or no background.

5. Description of your idea and character (emotion/mood/palette/pose/etc)

6. Visual references (these are a must, especially for clothes and hairstyles). Doodles are great, no matter how simple they may be.

Payment

Paypal only (unless you're Chilean, then you can deposit to me directly.)

If I accept your order:

1. We'll discuss the details in case I don't get something in your description/need more references.

2. I'll send you the final price and, if you still want to proceed, I'll get started on one or a couple of possible poses/angles.

3. I'll send you the invoice and after you make the first payment I'll send you the poses for you to choose from.

4. All major changes can only be done during the sketch phase. Once lineart is started there can only be minor changes done, nothing else. Changing lineart is too time consuming so make sure that the design and all the elements you want are on the sketch before we move on to the next phase.If you still want to make big changes, a design quota will be added on top of the discussed price ($10.00 USD+)

5. I'll send you a WIP of the lineart to see if you're ok with the details.

6. You'll receive WIPs each step of the way for the base colors, shading, etc.

7. I'll send you a small preview of the final work (+ closeups of detailed sections) and if you're pleased with the result, I'll send you the invoice for the second half of the payment.

8. Once the payment is done, I'll send you the full size .jpg or .png file (one layer only) version, with my signature somewhere. I won't send you the .psd (photoshop) nor any other format with layers, so please don't insist.

9. You'll get two versions of the drawing: a. The full size file with my signature. b. A small watermarked version in case you want to upload it to any of your galleries. Thank you for your interest! -Lin-
